I'm no expert on supplements but was told by my doctor that I needed to take Vitamin D & have been doing so in softgel form for years, so here's my two cents as an average consumer:- The taste is fairly non-descript -- a good thing. A bit oily (I anticipated this) but better than expected.- The suggested dosage of two dropperfuls per day (10,000 IU) is twice my doctor's recommendation. In retrospect, I think I'd take just one which would make the bottle last twice as long & double the value.- It's manufactured & tested for purity in the US but the description doesn't specify third party testing. If it is by a third party it would be nice for the description to clearly state this.- As I mentioned in the headline, I cannot speak to the efficacy (I'm thinking I'd have needed to have bloodwork both before and after using it to be able to know how well it performs).- Even though I squeezed the bulb completely, the dropper didn't fill to the same level each time which is the biggest reason for only 4 stars.

This has been great so far. Very happy that this uses MCT Oil as we are on a strong Keto diet, so anything that has MCT is always a plus for me, especially for an supplement that is good for taking in the morning (MCT gives a quick energy rush). We have had zero issues with this and the dropper is easy enough to use. All of the labeling and packing was setup nice and is easy enough to read.

No comments on healthy benefits as that is too subjective. For everything else, it's a quality setup and would recommend if you are looking for a supplement like this.

I don't understand the reviews that say it tastes bad. It just tastes like a neutral oil. No complaints although it is a bit expensive.

This review is for lumi Vitamin D3 K2 MK7 w MCT Oil and Olive oil- 10000 IU D3, 200 mcg K2 MK7-60ml Liposomal.When I had my first taste of this liquid vitamin d and K I was very surprised. It didn't' taste like I expected like all the other liquid vitamins I have had before. There is no sharpness or sour or sweet taste, just very neutral and goes down very smoothly. I like the idea of Liposomal. That means that the vitamin can be absorbed easier than pills or other liquid forms through the magic of the oils that surround it. The sugggested dosage is 2 dropperfuls which equal 10,000iu. That's is a strong dosage but being liquid if you want to have a lower dosage then you should only take 1 dropperful. Easy! This is a 30 supply for an average price. I tried to find more information on the brand lumi but so far that has been difficult. There is a little bit of information here on the products themselves. There are No GMOs, No Artificial Flavors, and Gluten Free. The supplements are tested for "purity and safety". All lumi products are manufactured in an FDA Registered and GMP Certified facility based in the USA. I would have preferred to read that they are 3rd party lab tested and some basic information about the brand lumi. Otherwise, I love this liquid vitamin D with Vitamin K and I recommend.
